Commercial Setting A prominent UK Retailer with a presence in Europe, North America and the Far East . It’s highly respected consumer lending operation provides personal finance facilities. The parent group determined that in the face of rising competitions credit card operations need to deliver a greater contribution across all channels. They allocated a £4.5M budget and 50 staff to the initiative. Scope A number of systems suppliers had been engaged to implement a Credit Card Programme across all trading channels. Given tight commercial deadlines and the number of parties involved, it was imperative that the programme met the business case and operational expectations with the minimum of fuss between this multi-party challenge.
