Commercial Setting
With the emergence of competition from
no-where, this established and truly multi-national telecoms player
committed an £85m budget to totally replace global IT infrastructure,
business processes and organisational structure. It is intended the
strategic change programme will secure European revenues in excess of
£250m in the first year of implementation.
Scope
- Reporting directly to the Group CTO our
Programme Director control all major programmes. Our involvement has
been at steering and board level, advising and managing the budget for a
portfolio of strategic change exceeding £175m. Examples of the

- Segregation of IT systems and processes
effectively splitting the company in two in preparation for the disposal
it’s consumer business, including internal and customer networks, all
business areas from sales, service provision, billing, debt collection,
quality assurance, relationship management.

product development team, global architecture & IT support.

E-procurement- Global E-Procurement infrastructure design, build, test,
operate.

Recruitment project designed to pilot improvements to IT recruitment
process as a basis for global roll-out.
